If You Looked....

Marianna over at  Delightfully Dunn  http://delightfullydunn.blogspot.com/ posted a blog entry If You Looked...Once in awhile I think it is alright not to blog about school,so I do try to include other types of posts. guess what? Today you are in luck...

If you looked ...

in my kitchen you see a beautiful vase filled with sunflowers. Each time I see them I smile.

If you looked...
in my car you would see one royal mess! The girls and I have put a great deal of miles on the car with all the running back and forth! There are water bottles in the doors, beach chairs,Amazon box..don't tell the husband..lol...crumbs,because some nights we just grab and go. The car needs to be clean before school starts. Here's hoping.

If you looked...
in my drawers you will notice that I haven't really had time to fold everything nice and neat like I usually do. It is a bit in disarray to say the least. Once I take my annual school inventory of what I need to get..I am sure those socks will find their mate.

If you looked...............
in my dining room you will see crates filled with materials, markers, pens, bags of candy and Starbucks Cups ready to be filled with birthday fun! I would like to think you would see one dedicated teacher's work space.

If you looked.....

in my office you would see my Teacher's toolbox on the floor, post it notes all over my desk along with my IPad. Bags of colored paper clips and a glass of green tea.

If you looked....
Inside my brain ,most likely you would see a brain that has a ton of To Do Lists to do between now and September. Does our list ever really go down?  You would also see a brain that is excited about the change, confused about family, a section is calm after a great night at VBS,and a part of the brain that is tired since all summer it has only been getting about 5 to 6 hours of sleep.

So..... how does everything look your way?

  1. Ahhh I'm so jealous of the sunflowers!! I would love to see those everyday! And I'm glad my dining room/office/guest room/every spare inch is not the only one covered with back to school stuff :)
