If You Really Knew Me...I thought I would give it a whirl since I haven't posted in about a week...and I am waiting to get into my classroom...so here goes....
If you really knew me ***you'd know that I am not really Tech savvy...however I think I am learning. :) If you really knew me.....
*****you'd know that I didn't get married until I was 35 years old. I met my husband Ed through a personal ad that my sister wrote on my behalf. We have been together 17 years this December. :)
*****you'd know that I can never sleep with my sheet tucked in.
*****you'd know that both of my parents were in the Marine Corps.

****you'd know that I really don't like any type of shopping...well I take that back, I love Christmas shopping for my girls with my husband.
*****you'd know that my daughters are actually named after men. Alex is named after Alex P. Keaton from Family Ties and Torre is named after Joe Torre of the New York Yankees.
If you really knew me...
****you'd know that I have had the same best friend since 4th grade. We still talk each and every week.
****you'd know before my 50th birthday I had to have a full set of dentures made...talk about traumatic! :((( That was such a dreadful time in my life...especially being out of my classroom for two whole months! Still miss my old teeth.
*****you'd know that I have been the Director of Children's Ministry at my church for 9 years.
*****you'd know that they call me "Martha Stewart" at school because I love to bake,cook, and do crafts.
Lastly you'd know that even after 30 years of teaching I still feel motivated to be the best teacher I can possibly be. No retirement yet for this old gal!
