What I'm Loving Wednesday

Right now I am loving the fact that I am trying not to "freak" out regarding my oldest driving along with my youngest. They wanted to go to the store for milk. I am trying to remain calm. I think I am doing a pretty good job..even though every car I hear I jump up and run to the window! It is so difficult to let go. Now mind you she has had her license since July 17th. This is the first she has felt "brave" enough to venture out. I am really proud of her! :)

Now mind you...I do not own an IPhone but my girls do.

That's the idea behind SnipSnap, the first app to scan, save, and redeem printed coupons on your mobile phone. Prepare to save some serious moolah. So today I went to Jo Ann fabric to buy some zebra material for my beanbag chairs. A bit pricey! However my daughter booted up SnipSnap and I got 40% off! Wahoo! Over $7  in savings. Much easier to swallow with that type of deal. You can put in any store and see if they offer a deal. Now I wish I had an IPhone..I will have to wait until the spring. Check this app out!

Lastly, I am loving the fact that I have the first three days of lesson plans mapped out! I feel a bit more organized as a result. I plan on doing a Kevin Henkes author study. We will be talking about everyone from Wemberly Worried, Lily and her Purple Purse to Chrysanthemum. I am really excited to dive into these old favorites of mine.
